It is possible to organise events with a walking dinner for up to 150 guests in the building. However, a number of important conditions must be respected to avoid disturbing the neighbours and to ensure that the heritage value of the façade is fully preserved. For this reason, events must use the designated caterer, and events involving loud music are not permitted.

The venue is therefore primarily aimed at companies looking for a unique location where they can inspire their guests with a fascinating Brussels story. A unique networking experience in the atmosphere of Victor HORTA.

As a guideline, venue hire costs approximately €2,000 (including an introduction by a guide), while catering packages range from €80 to €110 per person, including drinks. Prices exclude VAT.

The procedure is as follows:

​

1. Contact KOREI GUIDED TOURS to check the availability of the venue. The requested date will be provisionally held for one week.

2. You will receive information about the catering options provided by Royale Dujardin. It is not possible to use your own caterer.

3. Following a consultation with Royale Dujardin and KOREI GUIDED TOURS, you will receive a complete and detailed quotation.

4. Once the quotation has been approved, the date will be confirmed and you will be asked to pay a deposit.
